10-person house near Disneyland Paris
A Disneyland trip for 8, 9 or 10 people in hotel rooms means several rooms, several breakfasts, and nobody in the same place at night. House Disney Magical is one house in Coupvray: four bedrooms, an open living room, a Schmidt kitchen, a garden, parking — six minutes’ drive from the parks. It is not an official Disney hotel.

Why one house beats several hotel rooms
The parks often close late. In a house the group meets in the same lounge, the same fridge, the same garden. Children can play table tennis while someone cooks a simple dinner. You do not cross a hotel lobby with pushchairs at 22:00.
What 10 guests actually get
Maximum occupancy is 10. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms (bath plus walk-in shower). Full kitchen (island, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). Two free private parking spaces. Digital self check-in from 15:00. We do not invent a floor plan: beds are listed on the booking page.
Who this capacity is for
Two families sharing, grandparents plus children, friends under one roof. If you are four, the house is still comfortable — it is simply not a studio. If you exceed 10, this is the wrong address: the limit is firm.

Does the house really sleep 10?
Yes, 10 guests maximum, 4 bedrooms. We do not overbook.
Do we need several cars?
Two private spaces are provided. Val d’Europe RER A is about 8 minutes by car if part of the group arrives without a vehicle.
Can we eat in after the parks?
Yes: full kitchen, island, dishwasher. Super U is a few minutes away. The garden and pergola work on milder evenings.
