The house wins if you are many
At 8–10 people a hotel multiplies rooms. Here: one lounge, one kitchen, a garden, two parking spaces. Total cost depends on dates — we do not invent a hotel rate. Comfort is structural: you do not split at the lift.
The hotel wins if you want zero car
If you must walk to the park gates, a complex hotel (or a partner at the foot) is simpler. Our house needs a car or taxi for those 6 minutes. Self check-in, no official Disney shuttle from the garden.
What we do not offer
No character breakfast, no Extra Magic Hours, no official-hotel badge. In exchange: Schmidt kitchen, 300 m² garden, digital lock, Super U. Furnished rental, not a Disney product.
