What the house changes over the holidays
A Christmas Eve for 8–10 in a hotel is a restaurant plus split rooms. Here: one lounge, an oven, a fridge, the garden only if winter allows. No pool to heat for the occasion: winter lawn, pergola, warm interior. There is no pool on this house.
The parks in December
We do not sell tickets or Magic Hours. Buy from Disney. The house is the roof between park days, 6 minutes by car. Budget the cold, official car parks, and a vehicle.
New Year’s Eve
Same rule: trust the calendar. No club night on site. Residential house, quiet neighbours, 15:00 / 11:00 even on 31 December.

Do you provide a Christmas tree?
Light year-round Disney décor. We do not promise an installed tree.
Can we use the garden in December?
Winter lawn, not a summer terrace. Most of the stay is indoors.
